Jerry Nechal has a BA in Political Science from the University of Detroit.  He also holds both a Master’s in Public Administration and a MBA in Finance from Wayne State University.   Jerry has worked as a manager and administrator in both government, corporate and university settings.   Within these positions his responsibilities have included; accounting, financial analysis, grant management, budgeting, proposal development, statistical analysis, contracts, project management, program creation & implementation, etc.
 

As a volunteer Jerry has also chaired and/or served as a member of numerous boards and committees of local government and private non-profit organizations.  In these capacities he has been a leader in developing and executing multi-year plans, fund raising campaigns and marketing strategies.
 

Additionally, Jerry is a published author with his work appearing in both books and journals.   Jerry has been a lifelong fan of theater including being a season ticket holder in multiple Detroit area venues.  He lives with his wife in Sylvan Lake, Michigan.
