The Actor in Motion is a playful, pay-what-you-can movement experience for adults led by Inspired Acting Company Education Director Emily Lange. Designed for actors, artists, movers, and curious humans alike, this class explores how physical expression can deepen creativity, unlock character, and expand storytelling.
Through guided warm-ups, movement exploration, and ensemble-based exercises inspired by contemporary actor training practices, participants will investigate effort, space, shape, and presence in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.
No movement experience required—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
