Whether you are stepping into an improv class for the first time or returning to sharpen your instincts, this one-day workshop offers a fun, supportive environment designed to build confidence, spark creativity, and reconnect you with play.
Through fast-paced games, ensemble exercises, and improvised scenes, participants will explore the core principles of improvisation: listening deeply, trusting your impulses, supporting your scene partners, and embracing the unexpected. Rather than focusing on being clever or “getting laughs,” this class emphasizes presence, collaboration, and authentic connection.
Expect an active session filled with movement, imagination, and plenty of opportunities to create together in the moment.
