Carrie Cook was born a West Virginia girl.  She received her BFA in Musical Theater from Otterbein University in Ohio. 

 

She worked as an actress and singer at Shadowbox Live in Columbus Ohio for 17 years.  She still works as the bookkeeper for Shadowbox Live from her home in Farmington Hills.  She has lived in Michigan with her husband, two boys, and rescue pets since 2016. 

 

Carrie has been practicing yoga since 2008 & has her 500 RYT through LifePower Yoga.  She teaches all types of yoga at Life Time and online.  She is passionate about sharing her love of yoga and wellness.
